I love finding and sharing music people will love. In five years as head of music at Fire, we added 50% more listeners to Fire Radio and spawned a hit TV channel too. I love the art and science of making music work for a big, mainstream audience, and the team behind this success sold the business to switch to new, even more adventurous digital projects in 2014.
