We recently started a new series of "Living a Chilled Life" about big changes in life, and the rhythms we need to move with if we are going to develop and stay rested and productive. It has turned out to be something I am getting lots of experience in!

On this page I will post more details about this new series of podcasts. They are slightly in flux at the moment, because I am learning as I go - I've just been put at risk of redundancy, and so the challenging ideas of cutting back and resting are looking very relevant right now. The great news is that these are things we need to do before growing and becoming productive again. Growth and work follow cutting back and resting as surely as day follows night. Just like day and night, we need both growth and cutbacks, work and rest to live a healthy, satisfying, chilled life.
